I believe that pain is a part of life and that your past pain can become your future platform. “don’t waste the pain.” I also believe you should not stay stuck.

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I noticed painful moments: trauma for children in divorce, family with severe mental illness and eating disorders. Your healing journey is unique. I look forward to walking along-side you in your healing journey.

Like all best practice clinicians, I consult with senior Master therapists to grow my skills and learn new insights. At Restore Grace Counseling these include the worlds of attachment (AF-EMDR), trauma, marriage therapy (EFCT) and eating disorders.

Disordered eating is not the same as other addictions. There are unique challenges in working with eating disorders.  I invite you to imagine being recoverED. “In her book Love Every Day Alexandra H Solomon PhD in 3 relational self-awareness questions says “what are you becoming less of? What are you becoming more of? What image best captures your healing journey?” These can apply to more than couples work. Every person needs to fill their mind and body with wisdom, compassion, clarity, creativity, authenticity and I would say God. We were created for lifetime connections.

In marriage therapy, I have a passion to impact spouses and to communicate your heart needs. Each marital partner is responsible to do affair prevention. It can be prevented.  Currently, I utilize two methods of treatment for couples, The Gottman Method or Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).

In order to determine the best therapist to meet your needs, I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation.

When you are ready to begin working let’s chat.
